What we collect

When you browse our site: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies (see below).

When you place an order: Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and billing address. We need this to fulfil your order and communicate with you about it.

When you pay: Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe receives your card number, expiry date, and CVC directly via an encrypted connection. We only receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card. When you contact us: Your name, email, and the content of your message.

How we use your data

  • To comply with legal and tax obligations

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with: our payment processor (Stripe), our delivery partners (Royal Mail, courier services), and our web hosting provider. Where required by law, we may share data with HMRC or law enforcement.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for the shopping cart and checkout to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Enquiry data is kept for 12 months. You can request deletion at any time (subject to legal requirements).
