Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, here is how we handle returns and refunds.
14-day return policy
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any item for a full refund. You do not need to give a reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to return an item
- Email us at hello@inderjit.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
- We will reply within 24 hours with a return address and instructions
- Post the item(s) back to us using a tracked delivery service
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund
Return shipping costs
Change of mind: You pay the return postage.
Faulty or wrong item: We will provide a prepaid return label or refund your postage costs.
Refund processing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund is issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. All refunds are in GBP.
Faulty or damaged items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days with a photo of the damage. We will offer a full refund or free replacement — your choice. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have up to 6 months to return faulty goods.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or opened cannot be returned unless faulty.
