These terms govern your use of the INDERJIT GROUP LIMITED website and any purchases you make. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us

INDERJIT GROUP LIMITED (Company No. 16556009) sells home storage and organisation products from 157 Lambourne Road, Chigwell, England, IG7 6EJ. Email: hello@inderjit.co.uk.

Placing an order

When you add items to your cart and complete checkout, you are making an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by sending a dispatch confirmation email. Until that point, we may cancel the order (for example, if a product is out of stock). All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT at 20%.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards via our payment processor, Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe — we never see your full card details.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery (Royal Mail, 2-5 business days) is free on orders over GBP 25. For orders under GBP 25, standard delivery is GBP 3.99. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available for GBP 5.99. We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return items for a full refund, no reason needed. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We pay for return shipping on faulty items. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the full process.

Product descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. If a product does not match its description, you are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, design) is owned by INDERJIT GROUP LIMITED. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

Liability

We are liable for products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
